Activities
Campus Tours: Our class will have its own tours available of the Chapin Library Rare Books Special Collections, the Sawyer Library, and the new Wachenheim Science Center (formerly Bronfman). Pre-registration will be required for these and some other activities on the upcoming registration forms, but there will be no extra charge for these particular tours.
Art Museums: The Clark and WCMA are both open Tuesday through Sunday, 10am – 5pm. Admission to WCMA is free, while the Clark admission is $20 per person, valid for two consecutive days. Mass MoCA is open 10am – 6pm and costs $20.00 per person. Brochures for all museums will be available at check-in at our HQ, Horn Hall.
Golf: Our Golf Chairs are John Parker and Rob Peterson. They will be coordinating our class tee times over the weekend, and you will see more details on the reunion registration form.
Tennis / Pickleball: College tennis courts will be available to reunion classes on a first come, first served basis. If there is enough interest, we can outfit a court for pickleball. Anyone want to organize this?
Hiking: Information about our classic Purple Mountain hiking trips will be included in our registration packet, and trail maps should also be available at reunion check-in.
Biking: Similarly, our registration packet should contain information about local bike trips, and maps of bike loops should be available at check-in. Please note that that the College does not provide bikes. A group bike tour may be organized. See Reunion Central page for specifics.
Meals
Except where otherwise noted on the upcoming schedule, a grab & go breakfast will be included at Horn Hall, and lunch and dinner will be provided at our Class Tent. For those with respiratory concern, please note that the wall flaps of the tent will be raised (if it’s not pouring rain) to provide maximum ventilation. Also note that your registration form will ask you to list any food allergies or special dietary needs.
